The most important element of various devices and machines that use a gear transmission are, of course, the appropriate wheels. We have been selling these elements for years - modular gears of our production are characterized by exceptional precision and great durability. Thanks to this, they allow for the safe and efficient operation of specialized devices and machines used in many industries.
We provide disc or hub models. We can make them in many different sizes. We want to meet the expectations of our customers as well as possible, which is why we are open to non-standard orders.
We can additionally strengthen the offered modular elements, heat the hole, and even further improve the strength and hardness of the element. As a standard, we use C43 PN-73 / H-84026 structural steel for production.

Hub gears work with modular toothed racks with the appropriate module, they can also form gears by cooperating directly with each other.
The slats and wheels have a standard hardness of 10-15 HRC, they are suitable for thermal improvement.
On request, we can harden the tooth surfaces and process the hole.
