Transport chains are made of links and are characterized by high durability. Chains are made of the best grades of both black and stainless steel. It is also possible to make a galvanized version, which is characterized by increased resistance to corrosion. They are available in our assortment FV and M transport chainsthat meet all the requirements described in PN and DIN standards.
We distinguish the following types of transport chains:
- FV chains
- FVC chains
- M chains
- MC chains
In addition, FV and M chains are divided into:
- Sleeve chains
- Chains with a small roller
- Chainsaws with a large roll
- Chainsaws with a guide roller
individual transport chains they differ in the magnitude of the breaking loads they can be subjected to, the weight, width, thickness and diameter of the sleeves and plates. The pitch may be different with the same parameters of other elements.
Chain life decreases with increasing pressure and stress. The wear of the chain is also influenced by the abrasion of the sliding surfaces and the quality of the chain wheels.
