Application of transport chains in industry

The simplest inventions find the most applications and are the most commonly used. Wheel, lever or chain – today they are used in almost every industry and in various industries. That is why there is now such a wide range of them – to suit the needs of different companies. The use of transport chains in industry is therefore very wide and does not focus on just one aspect.

It should be added that all types of steel must be made of the best quality materials, including e.g. galvanised steel with anti-oxidation protection (rust formation) or acid-resistant steel. If weak components and materials are used, the chain could pose a threat to humans and production, which is obviously highly undesirable.

FV transport chains are used m.in. in railway vehicles. Thanks to the fact that we have the ability to make the right scale width, they are also great for a variety of heavy machinery and equipment. In addition, this type comes in variants with rollers (which facilitate the work of m.in. conveyor belts) or can be made in the bushing style (thanks to which they can work at speeds of up to 15 m/s).

Transport types also include FVC and MC types, which are built using tubular pins.

Depending on the construction, the use of chains in industry may therefore vary. They can be used m.in. for working in contaminated conditions (various chemicals or sharps), for the propulsion of various equipment and machines (e.g. mining or agricultural), for conveyors of various kinds (e.g. ladders), for the movement of bulk materials or for food conveyors and cooling tunnels.

Their application is therefore very wide – they are found in almost every industry. Depending on the needs of the company, our company can make different types of a number of cells that will be suitable for working in all conditions.
